Travel

Let us start off with the basics of travel insurance. What exactly is Travel Insurance and why do you need it?

In simple words travel insurance is a policy that takes care of the risks you might face during your trip abroad. One usually travels for two reasons- pleasure or business. You do not want anything to ruin your hard earned holiday or your crucial business meeting. But there is a possibility of some unexpected occurrence no matter how perfect the planning is. Unfortunate events such as baggage loss, passport loss, a medical emergency or an accident can affect you. Chocked Tentacle In Alghero, Sardinia

Travel

Its a pleasant thirty minutes ride from Sassari, where we were staying, to the seaside gem of Alghero on the famous "Little Green Train" (Trenino Verde). This popular narrow gauge railroad serves Sardinia and dates back to 1888. In 1921, author D.H. Lawrence said of Trenino Verde, "It's a strange railway. It shoots up hills and down into valleys and races around sudden curves with the greatest nonchalance…" Though we would have to leave the leg of the railroad that D.H. spoke of for a future trip, we were able to get our train fix with the shorter jaunt to Alghero.

Teri in their hotel. David wanted to watch the Rangers vs Dundee game

the boat and a small bottle of vodka that we could drink before we went

Lhasa Travel, Tibet Travel And China Vacations Information - Taboos In Tibet

Travel

Tibet is famous of its Buddhism culture and all the Tibetan people are religious Buddhism follower. Because of this, there are many taboos(some knowledge of these will be helpful for your Lhasa travel or Tibet travel) here in Tibet.

1. If the guests visit a Tibetan home, the older people always get the priority to speak first. To show your respect to them, you can add a "LA" to the end of their names. Complaining to the strangers is unpolite in Tibet. When receiving gifts from the Tibetan people, always use your two hands.
